• Usage: how much was used per period (and, when available, per module/project).
• Limits: predictability to avoid interruptions in the middle of a campaign.

How to keep track

• Review balance and usage weekly (or daily during intense campaigns).
• Use history to understand spikes (launches, many tests, high-volume generation).

To avoid running out of balance

• Plan production windows: generate in batches, then refine.
• Standardize prompts and briefs in Knowledge to reduce rework.

If something stops working, check balance/limit first; then integrations and permissions.
