How do modules and billing work?

Each project is subscribed separately. When creating it, you choose Campaigns, Creative generation, Calendar, and Social and see exactly what each includes. An account, organization, and base-only projects do not require a subscription.

What is included at no charge?

Gallery, the agent-operated Knowledge base, Strategist, and Insights and alerts are included in every project.

How does the usage allowance work?

Each project receives a monthly allowance based on the nominal value of its selected modules. Bundles, annual billing, or coupons can lower the charge without lowering that allowance. Usage for every project is shown in the organization view.

How long is a subscription?

You choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing per project. Each project has its own billing anniversary, even when projects were created on different dates.

How do I cancel?

Open the project in the organization view and cancel its subscription. Modules remain active through the paid period and do not renew.

Do I need to connect my own accounts?

Yes. Campaigns and publishing use the accounts you connect under Settings → Integrations. Connections use each platforms official authorization and can be revoked at any time.
