The b4ker platform is operated by SYNAPSE LABS LTDA, a company registered under Brazilian law (CNPJ 63.421.560/0001-30), with principal offices at Rua Rio Grande do Norte, 1435, Suite 708, 7th Floor, Savassi, Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil, 30.130-138 ("Synapse", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User") fully accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of the Platform, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into contracts and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy (together, the "Agreement"). If you represent a legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree to any provision, immediately cease use of the Platform.
To use the Platform you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. In the event of unauthorized access, notify us immediately at admin@b4ker.io.
Creating accounts with false information, impersonating others, or maintaining multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse registrations or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Platform offers a free plan with limited credits providing access to core features. When free credits are exhausted or a paid plan is purchased, specific conditions (credit volume, features, pricing, and billing cycle) are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Stripe. Credits are personal, non-transferable, have no monetary value, and expire per the plan conditions. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy in effect on the Platform, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
b4ker provides AI Features that allow you to submit inputs ("Inputs") — such as text, images, and campaign data — and receive AI-generated content ("Outputs"). You retain ownership of your Inputs and may use Outputs commercially, subject to these Terms. Synapse does not warrant that Outputs are accurate, complete, original, or fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using Outputs.
By using the AI Features, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Synapse may use your Inputs and Outputs to train, fine-tune, and improve its AI models, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Platform to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and applicable civil and criminal liability.
The Platform supports organizations with multiple users. The Organization Owner has full control: creating and deleting projects, managing members, configuring integrations, and closing the organization. Administrators can manage projects and members at the project level but cannot delete the organization or change the Owner.
The Owner is responsible for the actions of all members. By granting access to third parties, you represent that you have authority to do so and accept responsibility for their actions on the Platform.
The Platform integrates with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Slack, Discord, Notion, Google Drive, and Stripe. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of each provider. Synapse is not responsible for failures, API changes, downtime, or privacy practices of these third-party services.
The Platform, its software, trademarks, design, and proprietary AI models are owned by Synapse or licensed to it. You do not acquire any rights beyond the use permitted by these Terms. Copying, modifying, decompiling, or distributing any Platform element without authorization is prohibited. Your Inputs remain your property; by submitting them, you grant Synapse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process them as set out in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You may close your account at any time through support channels. Synapse may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, unlawful use, prolonged inactivity, or legal mandate. Upon closure, Platform access ceases and data is handled per the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synapse is not liable for lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including those arising from third-party integrations. Synapse total aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing herein excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence, or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and over. Access by minors under 16 requires parental or legal guardian authorization. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 12, in compliance with applicable child protection laws. If we become aware of such collection, we will take immediate remediation steps.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice by email or Platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may close your account before the change takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais, shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection law grants jurisdiction to the consumer's domicile.
