Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of the data Baker holds about you and about the accounts you connected to the platform, including Instagram professional accounts.

Delete from the platform

If you can sign in to your Baker account, you can delete it yourself:

  1. Sign in and open Settings, then Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.
  3. Deletion removes your profile data, the credentials of connected accounts and the content of the projects you belong to.

Delete by email

If you cannot sign in, or prefer that we do it, write to the address below from the email registered on the account and tell us you want your data deleted.

We reply confirming the deletion within 30 days.

Disconnect an Instagram account

You can revoke Baker's access at any time, without depending on us:

  • In Baker, under Settings and then Channels, use the disconnect option.
  • Or in Instagram itself, under Settings, Messages and story replies, Message controls, Connected tools.
  • Once revoked, we stop receiving data from that account and delete the stored credentials.

What is kept

We keep only what the law requires, such as payment and tax records, for the legal retention period. None of that includes message or comment content, which we do not store.
